Millions of Americans will soon be able to buy hearing aids without a prescription, thanks to a new rule announced by the FDA. The change is designed to make it easier for people with hearing loss to get the help they need, and marks a major shift in the way hearing aids are sold in the United States.

The U.S government has announced that they will be making hearing aids more accessible and affordable for millions of Americans! This new rule means adults with a perceived mild-to moderate disability can buy these products directly from stores, pharmacies or online retailers without having to see their doctor first - so look out next month when it goes into effect!!

The FDA has just released new guidelines that will allow adults with mild or moderate hearing impairment to wear air-conduction aids without a prescription. This is great news for those who suffer from loss of sound in their ears, but there are some restrictions - only certain types qualify and they must not be intended as pediatric devices (for kids). The rule also does nothing about "personal sound amplifications" products which help people whose normal products cannot amplify sounds anymore due other conditions like aging
